Earning Points:

• Points are credited upon presenting your membership card or registered mobile number (RMN) at purchase.
• For online purchases, an account must be created on REDTAG (redtagfashion.com)
• Points are credited only within24h after delivery.
• Points are valid for 12 months and will expire afterward.
• Purchase returns will result in the reversal of earned points, including bonuses.
• Points cannot be pooled or transferred between members.
• Earning rules are outlined on the website and may change without prior notice.
• Points cannot be earned with other programs or co-marketing partnerships.

Redeeming Points:

• Points can be redeemed once a member accumulates SAR 10 worth of points.
• Points are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Once redeemed, points cannot be re-credited.
• If a purchase exceeds the value of the points, the balance must be paid using a valid payment method.

Earn loyalty points by purchasing at any Redtag location or online through our website.

Points earned are based on your membership tier and are calculated according to the below table.

If you are a Gold member and purchase a non-discounted item worth SAR 50 you will earn 100 loyalty points (2 x 50 points). If you are a Platinum member and purchase the same item, you will earn 150 loyalty points (3 x 50 points).

N.B. In case any additional discount is applied on cart, the affected items will earn you 1x points.

 

How to Redeem Points:

Points earned can be used in any Redtag store or when making purchases online through our website.

Every 100 points earned is equal to SAR 1.

If you’ve accumulated 1,500 points, you can redeem them against your order for SAR 15.
