Returns & Refund Policy
At REDTAG, we want you to love your purchases. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we make returns easy. No Hassle, No Time Limits Anytime-Anywhere exchange:
- Return Anytime:You can return your items whenever it's convenient for you. There's no set deadline.
- Online or In-Store:Choose the option that works best. Return online for a hassle-free pickup or visit your nearest REDTAG store.
Easy Refunds:
- Online Returns:For online returns, we'll process your refund within 15 days of receiving your item. OR
- In-Store Returns:Walk into your nearest REDTAG store (link). For in-store returns made within 7 days, you'll receive a cash refund. After 7 days, you'll receive a store credit that you can use for immediate exchange or future purchases.
A Note on Sustainability:
To help reduce waste, we kindly ask that you return items in their original condition. This ensures they can be resold or recycled.

- (In case your order contains items under offers: BxGy (Buy 1 get 1, Buy 2 get 1), or every 2nd item at 50% off, we will accept the Exchange/Return request at stores only if you are returning the complete order).
- Log in to your account My account-, select the items, and confirm the return. If you ordered without logging in, use the link link and enter your order details.
- Refund against returns at stores will be offered to all customers in possession of:
1.A valid original receipt that you received over email after placing the order.
2.Unworn and unused products, with the original tags still attached).
Non-Returnable Items:
- Damaged, used, altered, or worn products.
- Opened perfumes, makeup, accessories, undergarments, or handbags.
- Non-returnable items sent with returnable items won’t be refunded; return shipping costs will be added to return the items, SAR 15.
Refund for Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
- Store Returns: Choose a credit note at stores, or cash refund (valid within 7 days of invoice).
- Online Returns: Customer care team will contact you to get your bank details for a direct refund. (In case we didn’t get any response within 15 days, discount voucher with the same amount will be created).
- Note:
- COD and shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Loyalty points are non-refundable.
- Report damaged products within 24 hours of delivery customer.support@redtag.ae
- This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
