كيف يمكنك الحصول على نقاط الولاء:
يمكنك تجميع نقاط الولاء عند أي عملية شراء داخل إحدى فروع ردتاغ أو عبر موقعنا الإلكتروني. حيث يتم احتساب عدد النقاط بناءً على درجة العضوية الخاصة بكم كما هو موضح أدناه:

فمثلاً إذا كنت عضواً بالدرجة الذهبية وكانت مشترياتك الغير مخفضة بقيمة 50 ر.س فهذا يعادل 200 نقطة ولاء (4×50)، بينما إن كنت عضواً بالدرجة البلاتينية فستحصل على 250 نقطة ولاء حيث خمس أضعاف قيمة فاتورتك (5×50).
وفي حين كانت مشترياتك بأسعار مخفضة أو قمت بإضافة أي رمز ترويجي عبر الموقع الإلكتروني فسيتم احتساب نقاط الولاء بنفس القيمة حيث (1× نقطة). أما إن كانت مشترياتك ب 50 ر.س فستحصل على 50 نقطة فقط.
كيف يمكنك الإستفادة من نقاط الولاء الخاصة بك:
يمكنك إستبدال نقاط الولاء عند أي عملية شراء سواء في إحدى متاجرنا أو عبر الموقع الإلكتروني. مع العلم أنه كل 100 نقطة تعادل 1 ر.س . فمثلاً إذا كان لديك 1500 نقطة فيمكنك الشراء بقيمة 15 ر.س.
